Hunters celebrates a decade of Investors in People accolade

This month, we are delighted to celebrate a decade of Investors in People recognition. The achievement demonstrates an on-going dedication to our customers, staff and partners and a commitment to continuous improvement of our business services. Hunters has joined a select group of 3000 organisations, representing all sizes and sectors, who have achieved this significant, 10 year accreditation milestone.

Established in 1992, throughout good markets and bad, Hunters never lost sight of its original twin ambition of offering a first class estate agency service and having lots of fun in the process. Investing in great people to deliver that service has always been at the core of the organisation’s ethos.

In 20 years, the company has grown from 1 to 126 branches nationwide and is today the UK’s fastest growing independent estate agency network. Hunters has won over 30 awards and has twice been voted Best UK Estate Agent - recognition within the industry for commitment to customer service and excellence. The first company nationally to win accreditation by the Institute of Leadership & Management and the City & Guilds organisation for its in-house Training Academy, Hunters has also featured in the Sunday Times Best 100 company list.

Glynis Frew, HR Director for Hunters has been a champion for maintaining and improving quality standards and delivering an award winning staff training academy.

She commented: “I thoroughly believe in transforming business performance through people. IIP supports us to do just that and I am very proud of our achievements over the past 10 years”.
