Last year was phenomenal with the team converting 85% of auction sales, with many properties achieving higher prices than expected. And they are gearing up for an even better year this year with the market showing even more improvement.

"We market properties intensely for 4-5 weeks, exchange contracts on the night of the auction (receiving a 10% deposit); with completion taking place 28 days later. This means there are no fall-throughs and customers can plan ahead", adds Gemma.
