Magnificent gardens for an Easter Egg Hunt

No matter how big or small your garden is you can create a fun and enjoyable trail amongst the plants, parkland, rockery and vegetable patches. Kids love to explore so make it educational with an Easter quiz or incorporate fun games amongst the chocolate treats! Your home-made trail doesn't have to be expensive either. Use little baskets, buckets or bags and bright coloured wrappers or even get the children to make their own packaging with their own Easter pictures before they start.

Here are some of our favourite gardens currently on the market - we think they would play host to the ultimate Easter Egg trail!

How about Moor Road, Hunmanby for starters? Surrounded by sweeping gardens and countryside with paddocks of approximately four acres, there are endless hiding places for the Easter bunny! There are mature trees, shrubs and flowers to the borders with various hedged boundaries, an orchard, rockery, patio and large detached green house!
The landscaped gardens at the Hawthorns, Eaton Bray are lined with tree borders and established flower beds, making a great place for an Easter trail. Or how about the superbly maintained garden with mature herbaceous borders, lawn and paved patio area at this property in Salmon Street, West Hampstead?
