York Minster's Kissing Window

The Duke of Kent married Miss Katherine Worsley at York Minster in 1961. It was the first Royal wedding in York Minster since King Edward III in 1328.

Wander around the stunning landmark today and you can still look up at the Great West window to see the heart-shape, known as the "Heart of Yorkshire’.

It is believed that should a couple share a kiss under the 'Heart of Yorkshire' window they will remain together forever.
